KNOW YOUR STRENGTH IN CHANGING THE SOCIAL WORLD

              Knowing your strength it is one of the step for moving into the road of success. Your strength it specifically focus on understanding your potential in your surrounding environment and be able to look opportunities as well as utilizing them for better improving of your well being. In our daily life people are failing to achieve  on what they want because   have no self realization. Self realization involves understanding of who you are?, why you are the way you are?, what situation you are living? ,do you enjoy the life you have?, if not what do you think you can do to move into the road of good life you want? Self awareness is the great challenge for many people and this weaken the concept of change.
            Failure to understand yourself   you can not  set goal that need to attain. My experience in entrepreneurship  and positive change facilitation I have come to recognize that people in individual or group business have no goal of which they want to attain. People always speaks many things which are not easy to evaluate for their progress. Failure to have vision marks no differences among the people in terms  welll being. Goal setting is very essential attribute in promoting change and it is easy to do evaluation, assess the strategies we design finally we are able to change into holistic approach that can lead toward the road of success.
            Also, thinking is another aspect to look upon when we want to change the world. Peeople's thinking are influenced by upbringing within the family, experience, norms and values as well as learning that person is exposed with. It seems that many people have dependant thinking that is why they remain the way they are. For example during my conversation with people in rural areas most of them depends on political promises and assitance from NGOs. They do not use their brain to think outside the box with independent mind. When these expectations from politicians and NGOs are not fullfilled, they start blaming without taking measure by looking of what they can do. If we are to achieve positive change in peoples' well fare, people should think independently without waiting for donors. By doing so vibrant change can not take  longer to happen. This is what every body should opt for achieving sustainable change which is self driven rather than waiting for outside reinforcement. "I can" spirit should be encouraged  at the early stage of growth.
           Ability to look opportunity around you it is another aspect that trigger positive change of the world. There some people in rural areas who think that there is no opportunity in rural areas to mark for positive change. Thinks that opportunity of success are only found either in urban areas or for a certain group of people as the blessed. It is very important for every body to know that opportunity are everywhere the issue is how to identify them and utilize those opportunities for betterment of life. 
           Example of success story from one village where I have passed to facilitate tranformation of society I found something  unique and surprizing to be found in rural area. The group of twenty villagers they had organised together to establish a nusery school in the village. At the begining many villagers were loughing at them. This village had no nursery programmes in the village. They built very good two rooms of which one is the office and one is the classroom. They found that at the time of establishment they had no skills of teaching which forced them to raise fund so as to take one of the youth in the village for teaching studies. It has taken three years since its establishment, they have succeeded to enroll the average of fifty student every year with a annual payment of 60,000 for six months.  For parents who fails to afford they have to take their harvest into the office of this organization that have the value of the school fees which is paid annually. Then they found that there were shortage of clean and safe water, they built one tank and sell 20 liters of bucket for 500TSH. This project have changed the life of these organised people and many people are inspired but no chance to join.
        The role of this success story is to show how opportunity are found every where the matter is how people utilize them. So people should not close their mind and eyes so as to be able to look for opportunity and utilize them. This can lead into remarkable changes that touches the wellbeing of the people.
          It is better to set the plan on how to utilize opportunity around you in relation to the goal being set before. By doing so you can generate an idea of which you want to implement. In generating idea it is better to asses of your capabilities, weakness , opportunities and threats. 
           Anybody who concentrate on that can do something that can mark differences in the society at the end great change can be observed in the society.

GUIDELINES FOR DESIGNING A CONSTITUTION FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP GROUP

               Constitution for small entrepreneurship groups it is the set of rules and agreement that facilitate and guides the operations of a certain group of people organized together to perform the common objectives.These small groupings work together with the common goal. Without set of agreed rules the entrepreneurship group may follow into conflict. For the people who form a company they are obliged to prepare articles of association and memorandum of understanding. Before going to company registration we have to start with small entrepreneurship group that needs registration at the local levels. This reveals the dos and don'ts in the operation of collective activity toward agreed objectives.
          I write these tips necessary for designing a constitution of entrepreneurship group due to my experience I have in assessing the constitutions of the group during formalization of community based groups. This article shall provide the insight in showing the proper and basics for effective and agreeable constitution. 
             The following  tips  are engine for effective and agreeable group constitution:- 
                                                                   PART ONE
         This is an introductory part that shows the name of the organization or group. It tells the name of the group, area of operation, the status of the organization (profit making organization or non-profit making organization, faith based or not, affiliated with ideology of political party or not and if the organization is governmental or non governmental organization.
          Clear clarification of the status and nature of the activity (operations) makes easier for register  or any officers with the mandate for registration.
                                                               PART TWO
           This part covers the vision, mission and specific objectives  of the entrepreneurship group being established. The vision for the organization implies the general goal for establishment of the organization. It is expected desire vested to the thinking for established group. Generally the vision or goal statement it is the dream that the members want to attain. It is a long term objective as vision can not be attained in a single day, it needs time accompanied with strong commitment.

             Mission statement is all about what is intended to be done for achieving the dream. It includes  action that needs to be undertaken in reaching the group goal. In the constitution of the group this needs to be considered. Having a vision without strategies and mechanism toward it is like planning the destiny without knowing the route. Specific objectives these are objectives that needs to be undertaken toward the goal of the organization. Clarity of organization objectives gives the credit for attracting many partners during implementation. This part may make easier for the established entrepreneurship group to get grant or to be easily access of the loan.
     PART THREE
          This in a constitution of entrepreneurship group indicates issues of membership. The category of membership, procedures, responsibilities and rights of members needs to be clarified in the constitution. To make it clear ownership for group organization must belong to all members therefore the power should be held by all members. If there is entry fees and monthly or annual subscription fees needs to be known to all and the amount must be equal unless general meeting decides otherwise. Also cessation and criteria are stipulated here.
       PART FOUR
    MANAGEMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION
              This is very sensitive part that needs wisdom and clear description because it is the part where conflicts arise in many groups that follow down. Here organization structure is shown. The duration of leaders, selection process and voting style must be explained properly. Also positions and duties for every position are shown on this part.
                 PART FIVE
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
          This is another sensitive part which may lead into conflict when not designed well. This part includes sources of fund for organization and distribution of profits obtained through group investment. It shows place and mechanisms of storing the organization or group revenue. In most cases money for the group needs to be saved  at the bank and there should be acceptable signatories selected by members and these signatories must be introduced to bank managers where they are to produce their identity cards and curriculum vitae.
         This part also must show on how the fund of the group shall be used by introducing their own financial policy.
           PART SIX
MEETINGS
           The constitution of the group must show meetings on how are to be undertaken. The meetings includes Annual General Meeting (AGM)  that is done annually and ordinary meeting. Any decision to be valid must pass through  general meeting that includes all members of the group.
        PART SEVEN
            This part shows grounds for winding up the organization. It states clearly on procedures for winding up the organization and distribution procedures for group assets.  
              PART EIGHT
          This is the last part of the group constitution that shows the passing of the constitution. At this part statement that indicates resolution of the constitution is shown and members who have passed the constitution with their names, tittle (positions) and signature.

           The steps above are summaries for group constitution and every entrepreneurship group that want to be sustainable must abide to those procedures. The experience shows that all organizations that does not abide to above procedure does not live longer , they always follow before reaching their dreams. Also of more important considering of the guidelines above reduce the conflicts in the group and make the group to grow bigger and bigger.

WHY YOU ARE THE WAY YOU ARE?

UNDERSTANDING WHO ARE YOU AND WHY YOU ARE THE WAY YOU ARE
In my experience of influencing people for change there has been a lot of perception. For the people in entrepreneurship training always when asked such question tend to mention their names, occupation, and any other positions they hold in a society. It is very rare for people to explain who they are in terms of thinking and vision for their well-being. For psychologist it is difficult to have positive change if you don't understand yourself who you are. Realizing who you are is viewed on the nature of life style you live and your relation with others. The way you struggle to  fulfill your needs helps to position yourself in a manner that identify you as a certain person.

If you want to transform from the situation you have to the better one you need to be transformed. Transformation is very important aspect that needs you to look things outside the box. Your struggle to change in the way of thinking, ways of doing things, setting goal for attaining your dream  and valuing and using opportunities around you can be used as the tool in understanding who are you. The problem that faces people in most cases are embedded in mindset. If you don't understand thinking and philosophy that guide your behavior on how limit your progress changing will remain a history.
No one will define your destiny except you and the only person that can make you not to be the person that God want to be is you. It is better in the life to have a vision on what attainment you want to achieve in the life time. Understanding yourself it the one that helps you to develop a vision which is built in the philosophy of better life. Also self initiatives can help you to achieve better on what you want. Your vision and thinking can not be imposed from outside rather are self driven from your heart. Always for the person with self awareness struggle to cause things to happen rather than depending on others.
WHY YOU ARE THE WAY YOU ARE?
Every thing that appears on you have its cause. There are various attributes that may contribute on you to be the way you are.
a). Upbringing. Upbringing in your family since your childhood  have influence on your behavior. For example if your upbringing were not built in the spirit of hard work this will reflects in you lifetime and if you are not hard worker possibility of living in poor situation is high. Also bad relationship between parent and child have negative  impact to in the future of the child. For those who have experienced torture in their childhood they are coward, aggressive, not confident in whatever they do, poor performance in class and anti-social. Once you  are anti-social is difficult to be successful entrepreneur eventually you die poorer.
 b)Naming.The name you get from your parents or guardian  can define you why you are the way you are. In Swahili you can find somebody named SHIDA or TABU which means problem. Therefore you can live in problem situation and failing to struggle for better life because you think of that name being given for you. Others have names that inspires them to be risk taker, hard worker. These names makes people to have life style that reflects on their names. Giving up for some people it is sin so struggle  with all their efforts to be successful in life.
c)Experience is another attributes that can define/tells you why you are the way you are. If you were born and experiencing a society which have no entrepreneurs you are likely to follow the footsteps of others in your society. This have impacted negatively  in most of Tanzanian societies. In many society have no saving culture and this has penetrated to policy makers. You can be grown in the spirit of begging at the end you become a good beggar whose working is not an issue rather  than enjoying the sweats of others.
d).Customs-These are cultures  you become exposed in your life time. In some society women are not allowed to involve in business (entrepreneurial activities) that can help to generate income. These customs makes women to be dependent on men for each and everything. Also in some  societies women are regarded as the only producer while men going for taking alcohol. This culture weaken the spirit of entrepreneurship as a result catalyze the continuity of hard living.  It is better to evaluate yourself looking on how customs contributes on the way you are.
   HOW TO CHANGE FROM WHO YOU ARE
 If you think you are not satisfied on the way you are the possibility of change is high. You can transform form the situation you have despite the long attributes that have contributed in shaping you to be the way you are.
Just be you as you rather than waiting others to determine your destiny. Be confident and believe in God that changing is possible. Have self evaluation to checkout if your dream have reached or not and if is not achieved ask why. Develop your own success philosophy that comes from the bottom of the heart. A transformed and a person with self awareness  does not run from his/her dream rather find solutions for challenges he/she face.

ENDING POVERTY

HOW TO MAKE POVERTY A HISTORY IN YOUR LIFE
Poverty this has been a serious problem facing many people in this world we live.  The most victim of poverty are found in rural areas. But for entrepreneur, living in rural areas it doesn't mean that you are to remain in that undesirable situation. There is a chance and opportunity to make something unique that can inspire others to follow your footstep making you as the role model and change agent. The posibility and power of changing your life to be viewed as unique icon is within you. That means the only person to make you not to be a person you want is you. 
                  What are tips to consider
The first that is to be put into consideration is to realize who you are in the society.This is the beginning toward the road of ending poverty.This will enable you to develop conscious thinking in the struggle of making a better and satisfaction life.It will make understand where you want to be in the cup of days to come.Others says you can not ask the way while you do not know where you are going. Knowing yourself justifies the level of transformation being achieved and it is the common problem facing people. Don't let others force you from poverty situation rather triggering of poverty ending should be a  ones felt need and not imposed from your  neighbor.

The second one is looking of opportunities around you. Failing to end up poverty it does not mean there is no opportunity around you rather it is your failure of realizing opportunities around you. Every place we live in this planet there is opportunity of making you a different person positively.For example rural areas in Tanzania are the place that take bolded pages on various  socioeconomic  writings. More efforts in facilitating positive change to poor people must focus on empowering the people to be aware of the opportunities they have rather than concentrating on material giving that encourage dependence in thinking. There is saving groups in rural areas is one of opportunity to make you raise your income. More important for agricultural crops growers can make you to change from the way you are. You need self esteem in what you are doing. There are people  who started as small  horticulturalist but nowdays  they earn alot of money. Even the idea of saving it is one among of the many opportunities. Your conceptualization of saving should not end up looking on money only, even using your time in hardworking it is part of saving because in  the future you expect something of value.
The third one is creating a good social network  for people with valuable ideas. Every Human being has a value but not every one whom you network with, has valuable thinking that can help you to utilize opportunities around you. This can help to strengthen you to implement your idea toward your dream instead of giving up. 
Fourth one recognize what are challenges hindering your success . Understanding your challenges makes you to find the way on how you can weedout the situation that act as the stambling blocks in attaining your dream. Facing a challenge on what you are doing does not legitimize you to continue swimming in poverty. Every time be against poverty by defining your own destiny. 

Fifth, understanding your weaknesses. If you are to run away from poverty it is better you understand your weakness and how to overcome them.  There is away of making you powerful in improving skills to avoid weaknesses. Just talk with people so as to improve your understanding and strengthening  you on reaching your destiny.  Also use experts around you to make the difference. For example if you are in rural areas and you want to be a great agricultural producer just seek assistance from extension agricultural officer to help you in developing a friendly business idea. If the problem is marketing of your produced products you are to influence others to form cooperative groups so as to have the power of bargaining in the market. Standing as one in the market  minimizes  the opportunity of benefiting from your initiatives.
